The story begins with Manny, a grumpy but lovable mammoth, who lives a solitary life. One day, he's forced to take in a human baby, Roshan, after his tribe abandons it. Along the way, they face various obstacles, including treacherous landscapes, ferocious predators, and harsh weather conditions.
